Christina Sashchuk

A Ukrainian writer and poet from Izium, Kharkiv region, author of the novel Swallows, published by Orlando Publishing House.

For nine seasons she studied the craft of writing under the program of American writer and teacher Jack Grapes. Her poetry and short prose have appeared in international literary collections, including the American anthology «Method Writers Speak: Number Seven» (Los Angeles Poets & Writers Collective), the bilingual Ukrainian-American anthology «The War Inside Out», and the French collective volume «Ukraine. La poésie en guerre». She presented Swallows at the Kyiv Book Arsenal and the Frankfurt Book Fair.
